To help emerging food entrepreneurs succeed, the Kitchen Project provides a mentoring programme and affordable commercial kitchen space for product development.

The Kitchen Project will be piloted in west Auckland, with the first intake starting in March 2018. The programme is run over two modules: a six-week induction followed by 20 weeks of kitchen time and mentoring.
